Eligibility Criteria for Technical Specialist, Data Analyst and other Job
Educational Qualification:
- Technical Specialist: (1) M.Sc or equivalent (or B.Sc with 03 years laboratory experience) in Genetics/Life Sciences/Biochemistry/related discipline.
(2) Minimum 03 years of experience of working with high-throughput genomics platforms.
- Computational Laboratory Manager:(1) PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Biology or related discipline.
(2) Minimum 03 years of experience of working in large statistical/big data/genomics projects/consultancy.
(3) Experience in management of computational laboratory.
(4) Demonstrated knowledge of computer programming and data management.
(5) Strong letters of recommendation from previous employers/supervisors.
- Data Analyst: (1) B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Bio informatics or a related discipline.
(2) High proficiency in programming in C/C++, Java or python.
(3) Proficiency in UNIX command line scripting.
(4) Prior experience in high-throughput data (NGS) analysis.
(5) Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team is essential.
- Project Coordinator (Administration): M.Sc or equivalent in Life Sciences or related subject.
