NIFTEM Jobs Notification:

National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Sonepat, Haryana invited applications for the Teaching posts of Professor and other posts for 04 various Departments under Ministry of Food and Processing Industries (MoFPI). The eligible candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format so as to reach on or before 10 August 2016 & 25 August 2016 and 09 September 2016 as first, second & third cutoff date.

Name of the Posts:

1. Professor – 03 Posts
2. Associate Professor – 08 Posts
3. Assistant Professor – 08 Posts.

Eligibility Criteria for NIFTEM Professor and Other Posts:

Educational Qualification:

1. Professor/ Associate Professor: Possess Ph.D. Degree in the respective specialty.
2. Assistant Professor: Possess Master’s Degree in respective discipline and also qualify National Eligibility Test (NET) or SLET/ SET in appropriate discipline.

Experience Required: Having a relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Age Limit:

Gen/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Other candidates: As per norms as on 10 August 2016.

Deputation: up to 10 years or up to 65 years.

Superannuated Faculty: up to 70 years

Selection Procedure for NIFTEM Professor and Other Posts:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
