NIOH, Kolkata Notified Recruitment for 19 Various Posts 2015

The National Institute for the Orthopaedically Handicapped (NIOH), Kolkata invited application for filling up 19 posts - 18 posts by Contractual and Lien Basis (for posts 1 to 14) and one post through walk-in-interview. Eligible candidates should send their application to the concerned office within 21 days from the date of advertisement in news papers and appear for the walk-in-interview (for House Staff post) on 15 June 2015.

Pay Scale:

For post 1: Rs. 50000 per month

For post 2: Rs. 60000 per month 

For posts 3, 4: Rs. 45000 per month  

For posts 5, 6: Rs. 35000 per month

For post 7: Rs. 28000 per month

For post 8: Rs. 40000 per month

For post 9: Rs. 25000 per month

For post 10: Rs. 20000 per month

For posts 11, 12: Pay Band of Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 per month

For post 13: Rs. 18000 per month

For post 14: Rs. 7000 per month

For post 15: Fixed stipend of Rs. 28153 per month

Eligibility Criterion:

Educational qualifications:

For post 1: M.Sc. (Nursing) with 3 years teaching experience. Ph. D. (Nursing) is desirable

For post 2: MS/ DNB (Orthopeadics) or equivalent

For post 3: MD (Radiology)

For post 4: M.Ch. (Urology)

For post 5: M. Sc. (Nursing) in Med./ Surgical stream with 3 years experience or  B. Sc. (Nursing) with 5 years experience or B.Sc. (Nursing) with Post Basic Diploma (Ortho & Rehab. Nursing) with 2 years experience

For post 6: B.Sc. Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Therapy with 4 years experience in specialty in line.

For post 7: B.Sc. Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Therapy with preferably 2 years experience in the profession.

For post 8: B.Com. with formal qualification in Material Management or equivalent and minimum 5 years in field experience.

For post 9: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Business Management (Preferably in HR/ HA) with 2/3 years experience in the placement related field.

For post 10: Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with 3 years experience. B.Sc.(Nursing)/ Post Basic Diploma in Ortho. & Rehab. Nursing would be preferred.

For post 11: MBBS Degree with PG Degree / Diploma in the concerned subject and relevant experience.

For post 12: MBBS with PG Degree/ Diploma in the concerned subject and relevant experience.

For post 13: Ph.D. in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work with knowledge of Computer based data processing & analysis and minimum one year experience in research work.

For post 14: Graduate with honors in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work and minimum one year field work experience and knowledge of data collection.

For post 15: MBBS.

Age limit:

For post 5, 8, 10: below 40 years

For post 6, 9: below 35 years

For post 7: below 30 years.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the interview.
