NIRT Recruitment 2016 for 25 Scientist, DEO & Other posts, Apply before 20 May

NIRT Recruitment 2016: The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) - National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Scientist, Data Entry Operator, Project Technical Officer, Project Accounts Assistant, Project Administrative Assistant, Project Technician and Staff Nurse. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 20 May 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for NIRT Scientist, DEO & Other posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) Project Coordinator: MBBS degree recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from recognized University with 4 years R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS Degree or Post graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with one year R&D/teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in medical subjects with two years R&D/teaching experience in the required subject from recognized university.
• Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) MGIT: Master degree in relevant subject from a recognized University or MSc & PhD in relevant subject from a recognized University.
• Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) NGS: Master degree in relevant subject from a recognized University OR MSc & PhD in relevant subject from a recognized University.
• Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) Bio-informatics: Master degree in Bioinformatics from a recognized University or MSc & PhD in Bioinformatics from a recognized University.
• Data Entry Operator Grade B: 12^th passed in Science stream with Maths as a subject from a recognized Board or DOEACC A level from recognized Institute 2 years relevant experience in govt/autonomous/psu or recognized Institute or Graduate in Computer Application/IT/Computer science from a recognized Institute. Data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer to qualify skill test.
• Project Technical Officer/Lab NGS and MGIT: 3 years Graduate degree in Life sciences with two years experience in the related field.
• Project Technical Assistant/Field: Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma in medical lab technology and 2 years relevant experience.
• Project Accounts Assistant: Commerce Graduate from a recognized university with 2 years relevant experience.
• Project Administrative Assistant: Graduate from a recognized university with 2 years relevant experience.
• Project Technician III/Lab: 12^th passed with Science subject’s equivalent from a recognized Board with one year DMLT or relevant subject from Govt. recognized organization/institute/medical College and one year experience in a recognized organization.
• Project Technician II (Lab): 10^th or equivalent from a recognized board with one year DMLT Certificate from a Government recognized Institute or one year laboratory/field/clinical experience or working in a Govt. Laboratory/Govt. recognized Institution.
• Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) Project Coordinator: MBBS recognized by MCI or equivalent degree from recognized University with 4 years R&D/Teaching experience in the required subject after MBBS Degree or Post graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) with one year R&D/teaching experience or Postgraduate diploma in medical subjects with two years R&D/teaching experience in the required subject from recognized university.
• Scientist ‘C’ (Non-Medical): Master degree in relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 years R & D/teaching Experience in relevant subject after Master degree OR MSc & PhD in relevant subject from a recognized University with 4 year R & D/teaching Experience in relevant subject after Master degree.
• Scientist ‘C’ (Non-Medical) Immunology: Master degree in relevant subject from a recognized University or MSc & PhD in relevant subject from a recognized University.
• Project Technical Assistant Lab NGS and MGIT: Graduate from a recognized university with Diploma in medical lab technology and 2 years relevant experience.
• Project Technical Assistant Field: Graduate from a recognized university and 2 years field experience.
• Project Technician III/Lab: 12^th passed and DMLT or 12^th in Science subject with one Year DMLT & two Years experience in recognized organization.
• Project Technician I Lab: 10^th passed with one Year experience in recognized organization.
• Project Technician I Clinic: 10^th passed with one year experience in field work.
• Staff Nurse: Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent & registered as Nurse or ANM with any State Nursing Council.

Age Limit for NIRT Scientist, DEO & Other posts:

• Not exceeding 40 years for post no. 1, 12 & 13.
• Not exceeding 35 years for post no. 2, 3, 4, 5 & 14.
• Not exceeding 30 years for post no. 6, 7, 8, 9, 15 & 16.
• Not exceeding 28 years for post no. 10, 11, 17, 18, 19 & 20.

Selection Process for NIRT Scientist, DEO & Other posts:

Candidate’s selection will be made on the basis of performance in Written test/Interview.
