  • Project Faculty (Visiting) – 01 post
  • Project Associate – 01 post

Eligibility Criteria for Research Scholar and Other Posts 2016

Educational Qualification

  • Project Faculty (Visiting): PhD in Electronics (at least thesis submitted) with 6.5 CGPA (or 60 % marks) in B. Tech / M.Sc (Electronics) and M. Tech. Or M. Tech candidates otherwise brilliant, from distinguish institutes with at least 3 years of experience in teaching/research also may be considered.
  • Project Associate: M. Tech (VLSI / Embedded system / Nanotechnology or equivalent), with 6.5 CGPA (or 60 % marks) in B. Tech / M.Sc (Electronics) and M. Tech.
  • Project Assistant: Diploma in Electronics after 12th class / B.Sc (Electronics) / with at least one year experience. Or B. Tech / M. Sc (Electronics) will be given preference.
  • Research Scholar: B. Tech / M. Sc (Electronic Sc), M. Tech (VLSI / Embedded system / Nanotechnology or equivalent), with 6.5 CGPA (or 60 % marks) in B. Tech / M.Sc and M. Tech. OR
  • B. Tech / M. Sc (Computer Science), M. Tech (Computer Science and Engineering), with 6.5 CGPA (or 60 % marks) in B. Tech / M.Sc and M. Tech. OR M. Tech in CSE, ECE, EEE, ME, CE, and Biotechnology, with 6.5 CGPA (or 60 % marks) in B. Tech / M.Sc and M. Tech and with strong computing background.
