Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.
Graduate Civil Engineers in Executive Cadre would be recruited as Management Trainee through Gate– 2014. Candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview on the basis of Actual GATE-2014 marks.
Candidates called for Interview should produce GATE-2014 Admit Card, GATE -2014 official score card, RegistrationCum-Application Form of NPCC and other certificates/ documents in original and a copy.
Selected candidates will be required to undergo job training for a period of one year in any Unit/Area/Place situated in India and Abroad under the control of NPCC Limited. On successful completion of the training, they shall be absorbed in E-1 Grade as Dy. Manager in their respective discipline at various works/ related assignment in respective fields in pay scale of Rs.16400-40500 (IDA) and shall be placed under probation of one year.
