Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Nurse `A’ (Male), Nurse `A’ (Female) and X-Ray Technician (Technician/B). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 6 January 2015.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Nurse `A’ (Male), Nurse `A’ (Female) and X-Ray Technician (Technician/B). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 6 January 2015. NPCIL was created in September 1987 as public limited company under the Companies Act 1956, "with the objective of undertaking the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the atomic power stations for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and programmes of the Government of India under the provision of the Atomic Energy Act 1962."

Pay Scale:

  • Nurse `A’ (Male): Rs.9300-34800 + GP 4600
  • Nurse `A’ (Female): Rs.9300-34800 + GP 4600
  • X-Ray Technician (Technician/B): Rs.5200-20200 + GP 2000

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Nurse `A’ (Male): 12th passed, Diploma in Nursing & Mid-Wifery OR BSc in Nursing OR Nursing certificate with 3 years experience in hospital OR Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
  • Nurse `A’ (Female): 12th passed, Diploma in Nursing & Mid-Wifery OR BSc in Nursing OR Nursing certificate with 3 years experience in hospital OR Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
  • X-Ray Technician (Technician/B): HSC in Science with minimum 60% marks and 1 year Medical Radiography or X-Ray Technique Trade certificate.

Age Limit:

  • Nurse `A’ (Male): Candidate’s age should be between 18-30 years as on 1 July 2014.
  • Nurse `A’ (Female): Candidate’s age should be between 18-30 years as on 1 July 2014.
  • X-Ray Technician (Technician/B): Candidate’s age should be between 18-25 years as on 1 July 2014.

How to Apply:

  • Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application format as given in the notification.
  • Application Form, duly complete in all respect along with attested copies of all required Certificates/Documents should be submitted by ordinary post to Manager (HR-Recruitment), Tarapur Maharashtra Site, Tarapur Atomic Power Station 1-4, PO : TAPP, Via : Boisar (W/Rly), Tal & Dist : Palghar, Maharashtra, PIN : 401 504 so as to reach on or before 6 January 2015.
  • Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
