- General Manager (Human Resource) : Graduation with Full time MBA or equivalent with specialization in Human Resource / Personnel Management from a recognized University or Institution.
- General Manager (Technology) : Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University or institution.
- General Manager (Law & Recovery) : Graduation with Full time Degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution
