Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification

• Deputy General Manager/ Deputy Manager: Possess Graduate Degree in appropriate discipline or MBA (wherever applicable).
• Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)/ Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): Possess CA/ ICWA Degree or Graduate Degree in Commerce with MBA Finance/ Banking or PGDBA in respective discipline.
• Accounts Officer: Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Commerce or CA (Inter) or ICWA/ CMA (Inter) or B. Com with MBA or PGDBM in Finance or Banking disciplines or MFM Degree.

Age Limit

• Deputy General Manager: Not exceeding 45 years.
• Deputy Manager: Not exceeding 35 years.
• Accounts Officer: Not exceeding 30 years.

Experience required for Deputy General Manager and Other Jobs

• Deputy General Manager: 10 years.
• Deputy Manager: 05 years.
• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): 03 years.
• Accounts Officer: 05 years (for B. Com) and 01 year (for M. Com. or CA (Inter)).
