Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment in NBPPL
Educational Qualification
- For Engineering Posts: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognised Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE with not less than 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ ST)
- For Human Resource Posts: Graduate with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR with specialisation in Social Work/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Business Administration from a recognised Indian University/ institutes with not less than 60% marks in aggregate
- For Finance Posts: Graduate with membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR member of Institute of Cost Accountant of India with at least aggregate 50% marks considering all levels/ stages
- For Site Operations (Safety) Posts: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognised Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE with not less than 60% marks in aggregate

- Engineer/ Executive: Maximum 30 years
- Senior Engineer/ Senior Executive: Maximum 33 years
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 36 years
- Manager: Maximum 39 years
- Senior Manager: Maximum 43 years
