Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Positions  

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Sr. Manager (Operation), Shift-In-Charge: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks and minimum 12 years experience.

Sr. Manager (Operation), Unit-in-Charge: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks and minimum 12 years experience.

Sr. Manager (WTP), Chief Chemist: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / MSc in Chemistry with minimum 60% of marks and minimum 12 years experience.  

Deputy Manager (Transformer & Switchgear): Degree in Electrical Engineering/EEE/ equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks and minimum 7 years experience.  

DY.Manager - Ash Systems: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and minimum 7 years experience.  

Manager Electrical & Signaling: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and minimum 7 years experience.  

Dy.Manager Planning: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, EEE, ETC or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and minimum 8 years experience.  

Sr. Assistant Manager -(Planning & Business Excellence): Degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Instrumentation Engineering/ or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks and minimum 3-4 years experience.  

Manager (Performance Monitoring): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or any other equivalent engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks and minimum 8 years experience.  

Sr.Asst. Manager (SAP Technical – BASIS): Graduate Engineering Degree or MCA with at least 60% marks from a reputed College /Institutions or University and minimum 3-5 years experience.  

Sr.Asst. Manager (SAP Technical – ABAP): Graduate Engineering Degree or MCA with at least 60% marks from a reputed College /Institutions or University and minimum 3 years experience.  

Manager - (Contracts): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and  8-12 years of experience in commercial department in executive cadre in Govt./PSU or private company of repute
