- Deputy General Manager (Fuel Management) - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks.
- Senior Manager (Operation)- Shift-In-Charge- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent.
- Senior Manager (Operation)- Unit-In-Charge – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 60% of marks.
- Manager (Coal and Ash Handling Plant Operation), Manager (Operation) - Desk Engineer - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or equivalent with 60% Marks.
- Manager (Engineering) - Electrical/Mechanical/ C & I/ Reliability – Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ C & I/ Reliability or any other equivalent engineering discipline with 60% Marks.
