Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Assistant General Manager (Ship Repair): Degree in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Ship Repair)(Mechanical) : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience. . Candidate should have minimum 7 years post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Ship Repair) (Electrical) : Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience. . Candidate should have minimum 7 years post qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager (Ship Repair) (ISRF) : Degree in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
Assistant General Manager (Marine): Degree in Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have minimum 15 years post qualification experience.
Senior Manager (Audit) : Degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University and pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Candidate should have minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
Selection Process for Managerial Posts
Candidates will be selected through the performance in the Power Point presentation, GD and interview.
