The applicant shall append a certificate that he/ she has not applied to any other High Court for being designated as a Senior Advocate and that his/her application has not been rejected by the High Court within a period of two years prior to the date of the proposal or application, as the case may be and a declaration to the effect that in case any of the information. if found to be false/inaccurate, his/her candidature shall be deemed to be rejected, even if selected/designated
