Punjab Police Recruitment 2019: Punjab Police Department is going to release a notification to fulfil 5000 vacancies in various departments. As per media reports, The government has issued an order for recruitment to the 19000 government job vacancies in the different departments out of which 5300 vacancies will be recruited in the electricity department, 5000 in the police department, 2500 vacancies for teachers and 5000 paramedic, specialized staff and others.
It will be a huge opportunity for the candidates who wish to be part of the Police Department. The notification for around 5000 vacancies will be shortly uploaded on the official website of Punjab Police Department.i.e.punjabpolice.gov.in.
The notification may be uploaded separately for each post or a common notice. According to media reports, in 2016, The Police Department had recruited 7416 vacancies in 13 departments out of which 750 vacancies were for Constable Driver Posts, 388 for constable operator, 725 for intelligence assistant, 430 vacancies for sub-inspector, 289 vacancies were for constable sportsperson, 267 vacancies for Jail Warder, 200 vacancies for Constable SPU, 112 vacancies were for Intelligence Officer, 73 for Constable Academy, 29 were for SI Operator and 17 vacancies were for Inspector Sportsperson Posts.
