Rajasthan SET Recruitment 2026: The University of Kota, Rajasthan conducts the recruitment process for the Rajasthan SET 2026. The university has released the notification for the Rajasthan SET 2026 on 11 June 2026 and the application process begins from 14 June onwards and will last till 15 July 2026. All the candidates who possess the relevant qualification can apply for Rajasthan SET 2026 at uok.ac.in. The Rajasthan SET is conducted for a total of 35 subjects including Chemical Sciences, Commerce, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, Sociology, Punjabi, Rajasthani, among others. The exam is scheduled to be held on 06 September 2026 and will be conducted in offline mode for all the subjects on the same date and time.

How to Apply for Rajasthan SET 2026?

STEP 1: Candidates are first required to Register on the SSO Portal before filling the application form. Then after you get the login credentials, create your permanent candidates profile through OTR.

STEP 2: How to do OTR?

• Go to the official Recruitment Portal: recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in

• Log in using your SSO ID.

• After successful login, a pop-up will appear prompting you to complete e-KYC under OTR.

• Click "OK" to proceed to the OTR process.

STEP 3: Complete the Basic Information Page

• On the Basic Page, the first question will be: "Are you a resident of Rajasthan? -  Yes / No"

• If you select Yes, choose one of the following Verification Types for identity confirmation: Aadhaar Card/Jan Aadhaar Card/SSO Profile

• Proceed as per your selected verification.

• Based on the Verification Type and details you provide; the following information will be autopopulated in your profile:

• Candidate's Full Name

• Father’s Name

• Date of Birth

• Gender

• Verify the auto-populated information carefully before proceeding.

STEP 4: Fill Remaining Personal Details 

• Complete the remaining mandatory fields in your profile:

• Full Name (as per official documents)

• Father's / Husband's Name

• Mother's Name

• Date of Birth and Gender

• Category (General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS/Saharia)

• Residence Details

• Special Reservation Category (if applicable)

• Mobile Number and Email Address

• Ensure all information is accurate as it cannot be easily changed after OTR submission.

STEP 5: KYC Process & Document Upload

• On the KYC page, you will be required to upload the following documents:

• Live Photograph (captured at the time of KYC)

• Handwritten Specimen

• Signature in Hindi and English

• Thumb Impression

• For SSO-based OTR: First complete KYC through Aadhaar / Jan Aadhaar, then upload the above documents.

• After uploading all documents, click "Next" to proceed.

• Pay the prescribed OTR registration fee through the secure online payment gateway.

• After successful payment, your OTR Profile Page will be displayed with your unique OTR Number.

• Note down your OTR Number carefully, it will be required for all future applications on this portal.

STEP 6: Applying for SET 2026

• Log in to the Recruitment Portal using your SSO ID.

• Navigate to the "Ongoing Recruitments" section from the portal dashboard.

• Locate the notification for "State Eligibility Test (SET) — 2026" and click to open it.

• Select Subject for Application.

• Review and complete the application form.

• Pay the application fee as per your category.

• After successful payment, your application form will be considered as officially submitted.
