Eligibility Criteria for Senior Manager and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Senior Manager (Administration & Finance): Possess CA/ ICWAI or Graduate Degree with Post- Graduate Degree in respective discipline of Finance and MBA.
• Deputy Manager (Civil Works): Possess BE/ B. Tech. Degree in the Civil discipline or Diploma (03 years) in Civil.
• Service Coordinator: Possess Graduate Degree with Post- Graduate Degree in respective discipline.
• Management Assistant: Possess Graduate Degree in respective discipline with knowledge of Computer Applications.

Age Limit

• Senior Manager (Administration & Finance)/ Deputy Manager (Civil Works) – 40 years
• Service Coordinator: 35 years
• Management Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years.

Experience required for Senior Manager (Administration & Finance) and other Jobs

• Senior Manager (Administration & Finance): 05 years
• Deputy Manager (Civil Works): 05 years with Degree and 08 years with Diploma
• Senior Coordinator/ Management Assistant: 03 years

Registration Fees for Senior Manager (Administration & Finance) and other Jobs

Gen/ OBC & Other candidates: Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft.

SC/ ST/ PH candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
