MOIL was formerly known as Manganese Ore Company Limited. MOIL was established in the year 1896.They notified job openings for managerial positions in varied funcational areas like finance, materials and Personnel.

Positions:
•Manager & Senior Manager in Finance
•Manager & Assistant Manager in Materials
•Assistant Manager in Personnel

No. of Posts:
•Two posts for Senior Manager (Finance) (1 for OBC & 1 for ST)
•Two posts for Manager ( Finance) (1 SC & 1 ST)
•One post for Manager ( Materials) (SC)
•One Post for Assistant Manager (Materials) (SC )
•One Post for Assistant Manager ( Personnel) (OBC)

Eligibility Criteria for Positions in Finance and Materials Area:

Required Educational Qualification:
Candidate should be CA/ICWA qualified with graduation in any field from recognized University.
                                               OR
Candidate should have an MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University/ Institute
                                               OR
Candidate should be a graduate with SAS (Commercial) of C&AG of India

Work Experience:

For Finance:

• Manager: 3 years in Managerial line in Finance Department of an organization.
• Senior Manager: 6 years in Managerial line in Finance Department of an organization. In addition, candidate should have the experience to manage the work related to Bank Financing, Accounting, Costing, Budgetary control, Preparation of accounts, Project Financing, Corporate, and Taxation etc.

For Materials:
5 years in stores/Purchase Department, out of which 2 years should be in Managerial line.

Eligibility Criteria for Positions in HR Personnel Area:

Candidate should be P.G in Social Work/Sociology with specialization in IR and PM from a Recognized University /Institute (Law Graduates/ MBA will be preferred)

Age Limit for the Managerial positions in MOIL Ltd.:

• Managers:30 years.
• Assistant Manager:28 years
• Senior Manager:35 years
