Attendant Post will be under ‘Special Recruitment Drive for ST Candidates’. Appointee will placed on training for a period of 02 (two) years followed by 01 (one) year probation period.

Educational Qualification:
- Operator -cum- Technician Trainee (S-3): Possess Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass and Diploma (03 years) in the respective discipline of engineering.
- Attendant -cum- Technician Trainee (S-1): Possess Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass with ITI Course in the appropriate trade.
Age Limit:
Gen: Not exceeding 28 years as on last date of receipt of application.
OBC: Relaxation of 03 years.
SC/ ST: Relaxation of 05 years.
PWD & other candidates: As per norms.
Selection Procedure for SAIL Operator-cum-Technician Trainee (S-3) and Other Jobs:
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test followed by the Skill Test/ Trade Test, which will be conducted by the administration.
