Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar (Gujarat) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Medical Officer (Full Time/Part Time), Assistant Master (TGT in Science & Social Science), General Employees and Ward Boy. The candidates eligible for the post can attend interview on 15 June 2014. Sainik school Balachadi is one of 20 Sainik Schools in India. It is an English medium, residential school for boys providing public school education with a military bias up to 12^th stage as per the Central Board of Secondary Education. It was started in 1961 at Jamnagar. The scheme to establish Sainik schools was introduced in 1961 with the primary aim of preparing boys academically, physically and mentally for entry into the National Defence Academy and Defence Forces.

• Medical Officer (Full Time/Part Time): Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs.5400/-
• Assistant Master (TGT in Science & Social Science): Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs.4600/-
• General Employees: Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.1800/-
• Ward Boy: Rs.7000-10000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Medical Officer (Full Time/Part Time): MBBS Degree from a University/Institute recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Assistant Master (TGT in Science & Social Science): Qualification will be as per CBSE norms.
• General Employees: 10^th class passed from a recognized board.
• Ward Boy: 12^th class passed from a recognized board.

Age Limit

• Medical Officer (Full Time/Part Time): Candidate’s age should be below 50 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Assistant Master (TGT in Science & Social Science): Candidate’s age should be between 21 to 35 years as on 31 May 2014.
• General Employees: Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 50 years as on 31 May 2014.
• Ward Boy: Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 50 years as on 31 May 2014.

Selection process

Candidate will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
