State Bank of India will shortly conduct SBI PO Exam 2014 in order to fill vacant positions of Probationary Officer in Various SBI Branch. The last date for applying for the same is 24 April 2014 and the exam is estimated to be held in the month of June 2014.

SBI PO Exam 2013: Solved Question Paper
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted as per their performance in the listed two phases for recruitment to the mentioned post.
Phase-I: Objective Tests (200) marks and Descriptive Test (50 marks)
The Objective Test will be online, however, the Descriptive Test will be administered. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test through paper/Pen mode.
(i) The Objective Test consists of 4 Sections with 200 Marks (50 Objective Test each) and 2 hour duration
- English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
- General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
- Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Reasoning (High Level)
The candidates have to secure minimum passing marks in all the section to qualify the examination.
(ii) The Descriptive Test of “Test Descriptive Test: of English Language (comprehension, short précis, letter writing & essay)”contains 50 Marks which candidates have to complete in 1 hour duration. The candidates have to secure minimum passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.
Descriptive Test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who have scored qualifying marks in the Objective Tests and are Placed adequately high as per total marks in objective test.
Phase-II: Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)
The candidates who attained minimum qualifying marks in both, the Objective Tests and Descriptive Test, to be called for Group Discussion and Interview. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.

Final Selection
The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-I and Phase-II separately. Merit list will be made of the qualified candidates and the final result will be published on the Bank's website and Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar.
