Total Vacancies: 15 posts
Age limit: (as on 31 March 2013)
Minimum: 23 years
Maximum: 32 years
Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC / ST candidates.
Qualifications: LL.B
Candidates with experience at Bar or other Banks / FIs as Legal Officers will be preferred;
Pay Scale: Rs.14500 – 600 / 7 – 18700 – 700 / 2 – 20100 – 800 / 7 - 25700 + DA, HRA & other allowances
Probation Period: 2 years
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Personal Interview.
Applications will be short listed and shortlisted candidates will be informed through mail.
Before the registration, candidates are requested to ensure that they have a valid active email id as all future communications with regard to the selection will be done over the mail.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for SC / ST candidates) have to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘The South Indian Bank Ltd.’ payable at Thrissur.
Candidates should mention their application Reference ID and Name on the back of the Demand Draft
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should apply online through the Bank’s website www.southindianbank.com till 18 September 2013.
On successful submission of the online application form, a User Id (Application Ref. Id) will be generated by the system and an e-mail containing the details of registration will be sent to the e-mail Id given by the candidate.
Candidates should login using this system generated User Id (Application Ref. Id) and their password and take a print out of the submitted application form, sign it and sent it along with fee DD and attested copies of relevant documents by ordinary post to “The Deputy General Manager (Personnel Dept.), The South Indian Bank Ltd., Head Office, SIB House, Mission Quarters,Thrissur-680 001, Kerala” so as to reach the concerned authority by 25 September 2013.
On the envelope, candidates should super scribe “Application for the post of Pro.Legal Officer (Scale I) – Application ref ID - …… (please fill in)……..”
Candidates should retain this User Id (Application Ref. Id) and Password for reprinting the application.
They should also keep a copy of the printout of the application form for future reference.
Candidates should not make multiple registrations else they will be disqualified
