Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Telangana invited applications for the recruitment of PGCRT, CRT, SO & PET in KGBVs/URS. Eligible candidates can apply for the post in the prescribed format on or before 23 June 2018.

• Post Graduate Contract Residents Teacher (PGCRT) - 580 Posts
• Contract Resident Teacher (CRT) - 359 Posts
• Physical Education Teacher (PET) - 62 Posts
• Special Officer (SO) - 49 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for SSA Teacher Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Post Graduate Contract Resident Teacher (PGCRT):  PG in the subject concerned with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the UGC and B.Ed or B.A.B.Ed/B.Sc.B.Ed from any institution recognized by NCTE
• Contract Resident Teacher (CRT): Graduate/Post Graduate in the subject concerned with at least 50% marks and B.Ed OR 4 years B.A.B.Ed. / B.Sc.B.Ed. Integrated degree, with at least 50% marks Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
• Physical Education Teacher (PET): Intermediate with minimum 50% marks and Certificate/ Under Graduation Diploma in Physical Education or Diploma in PE or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institution OR a Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed..
• Special Officer (SO):  PG and Qualified in TET Examination Paper I. Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and Science (or) Social studies as Optional.

Age Limit:

18 to 44 Years
