National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2018 and the notification will be released soon - in January 2019 itself. All such candidates who have applied for CGL 2018 exam may stay updated about the announcements through the official website of the Commission.
In 2018, CGL exam was cancelled due to the alleged paper leak of the exam. A case was filed in the Court and since then it was pending for the decision. Now the Court has ordered to conduct the SSC CGL 2018 through the National Testing Agency.
The hearing for the case stretched long and due to the irregularities in the exam, the conducting body has been changed to NTA.
As per the media reports, SSC CGL 2018 Notification may be announced by NTA by the end of this month.
SSC CGL 2018 exam was conducted from 17 to 22 February 2018 and after paper leak of Tier II exam, a large number of students had started protesting.
Due to the long protest by the candidates against SSC, Court has ordered to re-conduct SSC CGL Exam 2018 but through different body. Accordingly, the Government has decided to re-conduct the SSC CGL Exam 2018 through NTA.
NTA SSC CGL 2018 – 2019 notification along with dates will be issued soon once JEE exam process is over.
