SSC has announced the result declaration date of CGL Tier 1 exam. The result will be declared on 08 November. Tier 2 exam will follow thereafter.
Staff Selection Commission / SSC has broken silence over the delayed CGL Tier 1 exam result through an official update. The Commission stated that the result will be declared on 08 November.
With this announcement SSC has once again gained the trust of the aspirants. This official update will help the candidates to prepare themselves for the forthcoming examination. Prolonged silence over delayed result usually hampers the preparation strategy and examination spree of candidates.
In addition to the result declaration date, the Commission has also announced for re-examination. SSC will conduct another exam for the second shift candidates of 27 August 2016.
The final merit list of SSC CGL 2016 is likely to be announced by the end of April 2017.

About SSC CGL Exam: Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level exam to recruit candidates against various vacancies in various administrative posts under government of India. The entire exam will be conducted in four tiers. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was held on 27 August 2016; the entire examination was computer based. The examination continued till 11 September, however for the candidates of Srinagar the exam was held on 25 September. 38.04 lakh candidates had registered for the exam. Near about 15 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam and are awaiting the SSC CGL Tier 1 result. The examination was held in 44 batches at 96 centres across the country.
