SSC GD Constable Admit Cardis out now @crpf.gov.in. SSC has released important guidelines and instructions for the SSC GD Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) 2018-19 Exam to be conducted by CAPFs at various centers. Earlier, SSC notified that SSC GD Constable 2018-19 PET & PST will start tentatively from 1st August 2019. Total 54953 vacancies have been announced for the posts of SSC GD Constable this year.
The Physical Tests will be conducted by the CAPFs in the month of August – September 2019 tentatively for the posts of Constable Ground Duty (GD) in:
1. Border Security Force (BSF),
2. Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF),
3. Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
4. Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
5. Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP),
6. Secretariat Security Force (SSF),
7. National Investigation Agency (NIA) and
8. Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles
SSC GD Constable PET & PST 2018-19: Important Instructions & Guidelines
Let’s have a look at the important instructions and guidelines issued by SSC for GD Constable 2018-19 Exam going to commence from 1st August 2019 (tentatively):
1. Items to be carried during PET & PST:
Candidates are required to carry:
i. Printout of Admit Card
ii. Original Photo ID
iii. One Passport Size Colour Photograph
iv. Original documents as per instructions given in the Admit Cards
2. Discrepancy between Application Form and Exam Scorecard:
In case of any discrepancy between the online application form and result/Examination Score Card released by SSC, candidates are required to raise the concern to the Regional Office of the Commission by 31st July 2019. Candidates are advised to send a print copy of online application form and result/Examination Score Card for raising concerns and issues.
3. CAPFs will conduct Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates must remember that Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) will conduct the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for SSC GD Constable 2018-19 Recruitment and SSC would not be conducting the physical tests. Under Physical Efficiency Test (PET), CAPF will conduct the race for both male and female candidates. Under Physical Standard Test (PST), SSC will measure the height & weight of both male & female candidates and chest size of male candidates only.
SSC GD Constable 2018-19 Exam consist of three phases Computer Based Examination (CBE) - held from 11th Feb to 11th March 2019, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) – going to held in August-September 2019 and Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The final selection of the candidates will be made only if he/she is able to clear all the three phases after submitting required documents (educational documents and category certificates) during the time of PET & PST.
