SSC has lately shared the status of JHT exam for the current session. SSC has successfully conducted the respective exam as on the commenced date i.e. 15thJune, 2017. As we all know that SSC JHT is included in the most awaited exams conducted by SSC. SSC JHT is an open platform for the aspirants to join the government service as Junior Hindi Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak. The selection is subjected to the performance in paper- 1 & 2.
SSC JHT 2017 Paper-1: Examination Status
SSC JHT was successfully conducted on 15thJune, 2017 in two shifts. SSC has notified the following information regarding paper-1.
- A total of 29,287 candidates were scheduled to appear in the examination out of which only 10,353 candidates were present at the venue.
- The overall attendance was 35.35%.
- The result of Paper-1 for JHT examination is tentatively decided to be declared on 14thJuly, 2017.
- The date for Paper-2 is decided on 6thAugust, 2017.

Junior Translator (Group-B Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of level-6 i.e. Rs.35,400-1,12,400 under central secretariat language service, ministry of railways, armed forces headquarters and other government's subordinate offices.
Senior Translator (Group-B Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of level-7 i.e. Rs.44,900-1,42,400 under all central/governmental/ departmental offices.
Hindi Pradhyapak (Group-B Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of level-8 i.e. Rs.47,600-1,51,100; in Central Hindi Training Institute (D/o Official Language) located all over India.
