Eligibility Criteria for Gramin Dak Sevak Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Secondary School (Class 10th) Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics, local language and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by any recognized Board of School Edu. by the Govt. of India (GOI)/State Govt./Union Territories in India (UTI) shall be a mandatory educational qualification for all approved categories of Gramin Dak Sevaks. (Referred to in Directorate Order No 17-31/2016-GDS dated 25.06.2018). The Person passed 10th class examination in Ist attempt will be treated as meritorious against those passed compartmentally. Age Limit: 18 years to 40 years.

Interested candidates can apply for Tamilnadu Postal Circle Recruitment 2020 through the prescribed application format on or before 30 September 2020. Only online application will be accepted from the person. Person who desires to apply online will have to register himself/herself in the portal through https://indiapost.gov.in or https://appost.in/gdsonline with effect from 01 September 2020 to 30 September 2020 with the following basic details to obtain the Registration Number, Name (In capital letter as per 10th class certificate Marks Memo including spaces) Father Name, Mobile Number (Unique for one Registration number), Date of Birth, Gender, Community, PH – Type of Disability – (HH/OH/VH)- Percentage of disability,State in which 10th class passed, Board in which 10th class passed, Year of Passing 10th class, 10th Class Certificate Number/Roll Number (optional),Transgender certificate issued by Dist rict. megistrate as per The Transgender Persons (Protection Of Rights) ACT, 2019.
