Eligibility Criteria for Dy Director & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Internal Audit Officer: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 05 years of experience in the pay scale of Rs 10000-325-15200/ Rs 15600-39100 plus grade pay Rs 6600
• Deputy Director: Masters Degree and 05 years of experience
• Public Relations and Information Officer: Masters Degree and 03 years experience in the relevant trade.
• Technical Assistant: Diploma in Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering or BSc degree followed by DOEACC A level with 02 years experience
• Laboratory Assistant: 10+2 pass in Science with Chemistry as a subject and 02 years of experience. More details can be found from the link given below.    
• Library Assistant: Intermediate pass and certificate course in library science with 03 years experience or Bachelors degree in Library science
• Machine Operator: HSLC with ITI pass in Machinist/ Turner trade, capable of working in a workshop and should be able to operate Lathe, Milling, Welding Machine, etc.

Age Limit for Dy Director & Other Posts:

• Internal Audit Officer: Not more than 55 years
• Deputy Director: Not more than 45 years
• Public Relations and Information Officer: Not more than 40 years
• Rest Other Posts: Not more than 27 years

The envelope containing the application should be super scribed “Application for the post of …..” A non-refundable application fee of Rs 200( exempted for SC/ST/PWD) in the form of Demand Draft only drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University, payable at Tezpur, must be submitted along with the application.
