Educational Qualification and Experience
- Executive Trainee – Personnel/Human Resource (HR): Full Time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management (HR as Main or Major Subject)/HRD/HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare or Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PMIR/Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHROD from recognized University/Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
- Executive Trainee - IT: Full Time B.E. / B.Tech /B.Sc (Engg./ Technology)/MCA/Level “B” examination in Computer Science from recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate Statutory Authority in India.
- Personal Secretary: Graduate with 100 w.p.m shorthand and 40 w.p.m typing speed in English or 80 w.p.m shorthand and 30 w.p.m. typing speed in Hindi.
- Hindi Translator: Graduate (Hindi & English), recognized diploma or certified hindi translator. 03 years post qualification experience in line including experience of translating from Hindi to English and vice versa.
