Eligibility Criteria for Senior Informatics Officer & Principal Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Principal (Sachin Debbarman Memorial Govt. Music College): A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized University in the field of specialization of Music & Culture. A Ph. D Degree in concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline(s) (in the field of Music & Culture) in the institutions concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance. Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/ administration (in the field of Music & Culture) in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of Higher Education.
• Principal (Govt. College of Art & Crafts): Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Fine Art (Applied Art, Painting and Sculpture) or equivalent with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized University. Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate discipline from a recognized University. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Teaching/Research/Industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at the level of Professor or Minimum 13 years’ experience in teaching/ or research and /or industry.
• Senior Informatics Officer: Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering/ Technology (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT from any recognized Institution. 1st class Degree in Master of Computer Application (MCA) from any recognized Institution. At least 2(two) years of experience in the field of Software Development, Networking after acquiring the above Degree.
