Educational Qualification:
- Person should be a member be a member of the Institute of Company Secretories of India and should hold a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Prefrence shall be given to a person having qualification of a Cost Accountant in addition to (i) above from a recognized institute. Minimum 05 years of independent work exp. as a Company Secretory.
