UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam 2017 final result has been declared and the list of selected candidates has been published on the official website of UPSC. Total 637 candidates from all categories have been declared qualified on the basis of Computer Based Examination (Part – I) held on 3th August, 2017 and Personality Test (Part – II) held from October, 2017 to December, 2017.
Centre had notified 717 Vacancies for various posts to be filled through Combined Medical Services Exam 2017, for which 637 candidates have been recombined for appointment, UPSC has notified that out of total number of selected candidates candidature of 185 candidates is provisional, whereas 160 candidates have been listed under reserve list.
On the basis of Combined Medical Services Exam 2017, selected candidates have been recommended for appointment as Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways, Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service, Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service, General Duty Medical Officer in NDMC/EDMC and SDMC.
