UPSSSC Jr. Assistant Exam 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on 24 April 2016 by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) at various designated centres across the state.
Admit Card for UPSSSC Junior Assistant Exam 2016 also has been issued for the written examination for recruitment against 5274 posts of Junior Assistant in various department of Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates can download the admit card to appear for the examination till 24 April 2016 by using their registration number and date of birth. Candidates can download the admit card only when their application status is not rejected and the exam has been scheduled.

UPSSSC Jr. Assistant Exam 2016 on 24 April: Exam Scheme
The examination is scheduled to be held for 01 hour of 40 marks. There will be total 80 questions, out of which 40 questions from Hindi Knowledge and Writing, 20 questions from General Intelligence Test and 20 questions from General Knowledge.

UPSSSC Jr. Assistant Exam 2016 on 24 April: Syllabus
Part-1: Hindi Knowledge and Writing– In this part of written examination, there will be questions to assess the knowledge, understanding and writing of candidates on Hindi Language. These questions will be of 10th (High School) standard.
Part-2: General Intelligence Test– The objective of this section is to assess the candidate’s understanding about any new situation, analyzing and finding its elements and reasoning ability. The questions in this section will be from understanding the directions, relations, finding similarities and proportions, drawing conclusions and similar natures.
Part-3: General Knowledge– The questions in this part will be to assess the candidate’s preparedness about general understandings latest happenings in society. Questions from Current Affairs, History, Geography, may also be included in this section.
UPSSSC Jr. Assistant Exam 2016 on 24 April: Complete Selection Procedure
Selection of the candidates would be done on the basis of written examination, typing test on computer/laptop and Interview.
First Phase: The examination is scheduled to be held for 01 hour of 40 marks. There will be total 80 questions
Second Phase: Typing test on Computer/Laptop. However the typing test will be of qualifying nature. Also, the marks will be assigned to the candidates based on their scores in academic. Additionally 05 marks will be given to the sports persons.
Third Phase: In third round, there will be an interview conducted by the exam body. The maximum marks of interview will be 25.
