2. Associate Professor – 3 posts

7. Junior Assistant-cum-Typist – 2 posts

Eligibility Criteria for Vidyasagar University Teaching and Non-Teaching Jobs:

1. Professor:

• Educational Qualification: An eminent scholar with consistently good academic record and a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/relevant discipline with a number of high quality research publications in reputed journals and/or publication of books.

• Experience: At least 10 years' experience in University/College and/or experience in research in University/ reputed research institutions/industries.

2. Associate Professor:

• Educational Qualification: Good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.

• Experience: At least 8 years' experience in University/College and/or experience in research in University/ reputed research institutions/industries.

3. Assistant Professor:

• Educational Qualification: A Master's degree in concerned/allied/relevant disciplines with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). NET qualified.

4. Deputy Director:

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree (MBA or other equivalent professional degrees included) with 55% marks.

• Experience: At least 10 (ten) years' experience in government or commercial institutions / organization.

5. Officer on Special Duty:

• Educational Qualification: Uniformly good academic record with a Master's degree or its equivalent.

• Experience: At least 10 (ten) years' experience in government or commercial institutions / organization.

6. Senior Superintendent:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience: At least 8 years' experience in government or commercial institutions / organization.

7. Senior Superintendent:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience: At least 8 years' experience in government or commercial institutions / organization.

8. Junior Assistant-cum-typist:

• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) I Pre-University or its equivalent and Diploma in computer application of MS Word, MS excel, MS Power Point etc.

Age Limit:

• Deputy Director: 55 years

• Special Duty: 60 years

• Senior Superintendent & Junior Assistant-cum-Typist: 40 years
