Eligibility Criteria for Staff Assistant/Clerk Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a local candidate of the State of Telangana. Graduation of a recognized University And Knowledge of English and Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
Age Limit for Staff Assistant/Clerk Posts
- Gen: 18-30 years
- OBC: Relaxation by 03 years
- SC/ST: Relaxation by 05 years
- Physically Challenged – General Category Candidates: Relaxation by 10 years
- Physically Challenged – SC/ST Category Candidates: Relaxation by 15 years
- Physically Challenged – BC Category Candidates: Relaxation by 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service rendered + 3 years, subject to maximum of 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen (Belonging to BC Category): Actual period of service rendered + 6 years, subject to maximum of 45 years
- For ex-servicemen/Disabled Ex-servicemen (Belonging to SC/ST Categories): Actual period of service rendered + 8 years, subject to maximum of 50 years
- Widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands & who are not remarried: Maximum age limit is 35 years for General candidates, 38 years for BCs and 40 years for SC/ST Candidates
- Inservice candidates of DCCBs: In case of an employee who has been in continuous service in any DCCB/s of the ‘Local Area’ and joined its service before he attained 30 years, the restriction as regards age shall be relaxed to the extent of the period of such service in the said DCCB, subject to a maximum of 5 years.
