When and how can one contact the Candidate Care Helpline for CAT 2013?

CAT 2013 Candidate Care Helpline No. is 1–800–419–0080.

The telephonic Helpline Support will be available to the candidates

1. Till 26 September 2013 (Monday to Saturday between 0900 hours and 1800 hours) for Registration Phase;
2. From 27 September 2013 till 15 October 2013 (Monday to Saturday between 0900 hours and 1800 hours) for Pre-testing window Phase; 
3. From 16 October 2013 till 11 November 2013 (Daily between 0800 hours and 1900 hours) for Testing window Phase;  and
4. From 12 November 2013 till 31January 2014 (Monday to Friday between 0900 hours and 1800 hours) for Post-testing window Phase.  

However, the Candidate Care Helpline will be closed on National public holidays falling in this period.

Candidates will also be able to avail e-mail Helpline Support through prometric website www.prometric.com/IIM-CAT/contactus till end of February 2014. Queries received by webmail will be responded to within 2 business days.
