Calicut University will be re-issuing the duplicate mark sheets and certificates to those students who have lost the same in the recent landslide and flood incidents. The students who have lost their documents in the disasters can apply for the duplicate copies on the official website of the university.
The candidates are required to first apply for the consolidated mark list also known as the degree certificate online following which they are required to submit the hard copy of the application form to the address provided on the website.
To apply for the duplicate certificates candidates are first required to visit the official website of the university uoc.ac.in. Candidates can also apply for the duplicate marks sheets through the direct link provided below.
Steps to Apply for the Calicut University Duplicate Marksheets
Step 1: Visit the Calicut University official website
Step 2: Click on the Duplicate mark sheet application link provided on the home page of the university
Step 3: Click on the link provided on the new page
Step 4: Enter the code provided and click on continue application
Step 5: Enter details such as the registration number, name, date of birth, gender, email Id, mobile number, permanent address, communication address, village, and academic details
Step 6: Candidates are now required to complete the postal charges of Rs. 50
Step 7: After completing the payment candidates will be able to submit the application form
The students whose certificates have been damaged in the floods must submit the damaged copies along with the application for the duplicate ones. The notice released on the official website mentions that the applications also need to be certified by the Village officer.
