CBSE Board Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has permitted schools to administer practical examinations and internal assessments, and to upload marks by March 31, 2024. All schools must note that this is the last opportunity to conduct the pending exams. According to the latest notification, after multiple requests from some schools that have not yet completed the assessment activities related to the CBSE Board Exams 2024, the board has decided to extend the date of conduction of pending exams.

CBSE claimed that despite repeated reminders, some schools have not completed the assigned exams. Moreover, the board stated that due to the non-completion of tasks within the allotted time frame, the board has arrived at this decision. Some schools have requested the board to provide the facility for uploading of marks for practical examinations/projects/internal assessments/internal grade 2024.

CBSE Issues Notice To Schools

Keeping in view the requests received from the schools that have not yet completed the above-mentioned activities, CBSE has provided them the opportunity to complete the same. It has been decided that these schools will be given one last opportunity the conduct practical examinations, projects, internal assessments, internal grade 2024, and uploading of marks thereof on the portal at the latest by March 31. 

The CBSE 2024 practical examinations were held in January this year. The board had released a set of guidelines for students, schools, and regional offices to make sure the practicals were completed on time before exams. The board had clearly mentioned that no requests to modify the uploaded grades in any way would be granted. Additionally, CBSE had also issued a warning to the institutions, stating that the board would cancel the practical tests if the directives were not followed.
