GUJCET 2020 Notification: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board have announced the examination dates for Gujarat CET 2020. As per the notification released on the official website, GUJCET 2020 will be conducted on March 31, 2020. Candidates who wish to appear for the GUJCET 2020 examinations can visit the official website of the board to check the GUJCET 2020 notification details.

In the notification, along with the examination dates, the Gujarat Board has also provided the exam pattern and the marking scheme and the division of the subjects and questions for the examination. GUJCET 2020 will be conducted in the pen and paper mode across the different designated examination centres.

GUJCET 2020 will be conducted for the B.Tech.B.Pharm candidates. Candidates who qualify the GUJCET 2020 examination will be granted admissions to the above-mentioned programmes in the different Engineering and Pharmacy colleges in the state. Candidates who wish to appear for the examination are advised to read through the instructions and the examination pattern provided in the notification.

GUJCET 2020 Official Notification

The examination will be based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for the B.Tech programmes while the candidates opting for the B.Pharm programme will have to attempt the Biology section of the question paper. It must be noted that the questions asked in the examination will be based on the NCERT syllabus.  

Each subject will contain 40 questions carrying 1 mark each. Candidates will have to attempt the Physics and Chemistry sections in 120 minutes while Mathematics and Biology will be for a duration of 60 minutes each. Candidates can check the detailed question paper pattern below.

It is expected that the GUJCET 2020 applications will be out by next month. Candidates interested to appear for the examinations are advised to visit the official website to check the schedule for GUJCET 2020. According to the notification provided, the application process for GUJCET 2020 will be in the online mode only. Candidates are required to submit the application fee of Rs. 300 online itself through the different payment modes available.
