Hyderabad University Entrance Exam to commence today, Check details here

Hyderabad Central University will commence the entrance examinations for the postgraduate and research programmes from today - September 24, 2020. The examination will be conducted across 40 examination centres across the country.

According to the data provided by Vice-Chancellor professor Appa Rao Podile, approximately 62,000 candidates will be appearing for the entrance examinations. Students appearing for the Hyderabad University entrance examinations must make sure that they download the HCU Entrance exam hall ticket through the link available on the official website. 

The HCU entrance exam admit card is a mandatory document that has to be carried by the candidates for the entrance examination. According to the schedule released, the examinations will be conducted until September 26, 2020, in the online mode. Candidates appearing for the examinations must make sure that they follow all the instructions mentioned with respect to appearing for the exams.

Candidates appearing for the entrance examinations are required to wear a mask and hand gloves and also maintain social distancing since the HCU entrance exams are being conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Candidates appearing for the exams are required to bring a printed copy of the hall ticket to the examination hall along with a personal hand sanitizer bottle. 

As per the university officials, the admission process for the students and the classes will be completed by the first week of November 2020.

In order to conduct the examinations the central government, along with the individual universities have released guidelines that are to be followed by the students appearing for the examination. The students are required to maintain social distancing and wear a mask with them at all times during the examination.
