Two MBA and Master's programs in India have been ranked in the most recent Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) International Trade Rankings 2025, which were published on February 12. The top-performing Indian institution is IIM Ahmedabad. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is the other Indian MBA program that has earned a place on the list (IIFT).
According to the QS International Trade Rankings 2024: MBA and Master's courses of IIM Ahmedabad took a jump in the ranking rising from 65 to 42 this year, whereas the IIFT took a 3 rank drop from 60 to 63 this year. SP Jain School of Global Management, located in Australia, ranked 68th position in the list.
QS International Trade Rankings 2024
On May 22, 2024, the first edition of the QS International Trade Rankings 2024: MBA and Master's was published.
The Hinrich Foundation collaborated with QS to create the 2025 International Trade Rankings, which aims to provide a thorough overview of the leading international trade initiatives worldwide. A new addition to this year's rankings is the two-table format, which separates Master's and MBA programs from executive MBA programs to facilitate study-level comparisons of program quality.
The United States and the United Kingdom hold all three of the top slots, demonstrating their continued dominance in the rankings.
Top Executive MBA Programs in International Trade
The QS International Trade Rankings 2025 features 30 institutions in the Executive MBA category. The top three are:
- University of Cambridge (Judge Business School) – United Kingdom
- Georgia Institute of Technology (Scheller College of Business) – United States
- London Business School – United Kingdom
Notably, no Indian institutions made it to this year’s executive program list.

- Arizona State University (Thunderbird School of Global Management) – United States
- University of Oxford – United Kingdom
- IMD MBA (Lausanne, Switzerland) – Switzerland
