NATA 2021: As per the latest updates, the Council of Architecture (CoA) has decided and announced to conduct one more NATA test in August 2021. The decision has been taken because of the ongoing pandemic and inability of some of the candidates to appear for second test of NATA. No other information has been released regarding the 3rd test of NATA. However, candidates are advised to go through the official website for more information - nata.in.
NATA Registration for Third Test
The Council of Architecture (COA) will also release the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) application form for the third attempt. Candidates can apply in online mode at nata.in. They can fill the NATA 2021 application form till the prescribed date. However, the authorities are yet to release information about it. Also, before filling the application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting authority, to avoid rejection at any later stage.
NATA 2021 Eligibility Criteria
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, for the 2021-22 academic session, the CoA has further relaxed the eligibility criteria for admitting students to the first year of the 5-year B. Arch Degree Course. Candidates having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 or Mathematics as a compulsory subject in the 10+3 Diploma are now eligible for the B. Arch course.
NATA Second Test 2021
Earlier, the second NATA test was successfully conducted across 248 examination centres in the country, along with 6 centres across the globe. The test was held on 11th July 2021. A total of 25860 candidates have applied for the second NATA, out of which 21659 candidates appeared for the examination. With the successful conclusion of NATA 2021 second phase, the council will be conducting the third phase of the exam in August 2021.

About NATA
The Council of Architecture conducts the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for admissions to BArch programmes. All the qualified candidates will be eligible for BArch admission into NATA participating institutes. The authorities have relaxed the NATA 2021 eligibility criteria of obtaining at least 50% marks in class 12 or 10+3 diploma for taking the BArch admission to just passing the board level exams this year.
