NEET UG 2024 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2024 applications. According to the given schedule, the last date for students to submit the NEET UG 2024 application is March 9, 2024.
The testing agency will hold the undergraduate medical exam on May 5, 2024, for over 20 lakh medical aspirants. Details regarding the NEET registration date, eligibility criteria, application fee, and registration process will be announced by the NTA on its official website - nta.nic.in within the second week of February 2024. NEET UG 2024: Eligibility Criteria
NEET 2024 aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria to appear for the entrance examination. Before filling out the application form, candidates must go through the following points to check the eligibility criteria.

- Candidates should be 17 years of age by December 31, 2024, to be eligible for the NEET 2024 exam.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

NEET UG 2024: Syllabus Changed
NEET Aspirants must go through the syllabus released by the NMC. The NEET 2024 syllabus has been reduced. According to the revised NEET 2024 syllabus, many topics have been deleted as well as added. NEET 2024 Exam Pattern: Marking Scheme
The NEET 2024 entrance examination will comprise a total of 200 multiple-choice objective-type questions and candidates will have to answer 180 MCQs only. The NEET 2024 exam will be for a total of 720 marks. Each subject is divided into two sections: Section A and B. Section A will include 35 questions and Section B will have 15 questions. Of these 15 questions, aspirants will have to answer 10 questions in Section B.
The question paper will cover the topics taught in classes 11 and 12. Candidates will be tested on their knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Students must note that for each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded. However, 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Candidates must be careful while answering the questions as answers once marked in the NEET OMR sheet cannot be changed.
