Project Fellow (Dept. of Social Work): MSW/PG in any Social Sciences 
Project Fellow (Dept. of Animal Health):M.Sc., Zoology 
Project Fellow (Dept. of Women Studies):MWS/PG in any Social Sciences
Project Fellow (Alagappa Institute of Management): MBA/PG in any Social Sciences
Project Fellow (Dept. of Tourism and Hotel Management): MBA
Project Fellow (Dept. of Banking Management): MBA 
Project Fellow (Dept. of History): M.A. History/PG in any Social  Sciences 
Project Fellow (Dept. of Economics): M.A. Economics/M.Sc., Agriculture Economics/PG in any Social Sciences

Remuneration and Emoluments of Project Staff
Research Assistant: @ Rs. 16,000 /- p.m.
Project Fellow @ Rs. 12,000 /- p.m
