Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB), New Delhi invited applications from eligible candidates for the scientific posts of Deputy Director General and other posts for various disciplines/ departments in the ‘Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi’ and it’s Institutes. The eligible candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format so as to reach on or before 18 August 2016.

1. Deputy Director General – 02 Posts. [01 each – Natural Resource Management/ Horticulture Sc.]
2. Director – 12 Posts.
3. Project Coordinator – 02 Posts.
4. Head of Division – 12 Posts.

Eligibility Criteria for ASRB Deputy Director General and Other Jobs:

Educational Qualification: Possess Doctoral Degree in the respective specialty.

Experience Required: Having a relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Deputy Director General/ Director (ICAR Hyderabad/ ICAR (Deemed to be University)): 08 years

Director: 05 years

Project Coordinator: 03 years

Head of Division: 02 years

Age Limit

Gen: Attain the age of 60 years as on last date of receipt of application and the retirement age as per Council Norms is 62 years.

OBC/ SC/ ST/ Others: As per norms (if applicable).

Selection Procedure for ASRB Deputy Director General and Other Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test/ Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.

Application Fee for ASRB Deputy Director General and Other Jobs:

Gen/ OBC & Others: Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft.

Abroad Candidates: US $ 50.

SC/ ST/ PH/ Female Candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
