Assam Agricultural University Job Notification: Assam Agricultural University has invited applications for the recruitment to the post of PA, PS and APS. Interested candidates can appear for walk-in-interview on 10 and 11 September 2020.
A Walk-in-Interview for selection of suitable candidates for the following contractual posts under APART will be held in the Directorate of Research (Agriculture), AAU, Jorhat-13. Intending persons having requisite qualifications may submit their applications in the prescribed format along with resume through e-mail to apartaau@aau.ac.in on or before 02 September, 2020. Only shortlisted persons will be intimated/ invited for appearing in the walk-in-interview. The list of shortlisted persons will be published in our AAU's official website -www.aau.ac.in on 07 September 2020. The persons shall bring their original certificates/documents for verification at the time of interview.

Eligibility Criteria for PA, PS & APS Job
Educational Qualification:
- Project Associate: Post Graduate Degree (min two years duration) in Agri or allied subjects, from any Govt recognized University/Institutions.
- Project Scientist: The Project Scientist -RKB must possess at least an M.Sc in communications or journalism or agriculture (extension).
- Assistant Project Scientist (Seed/ Agronomy/PH): The APS -Agron/Seed/PHM must possess Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Agriculture Engineering or Rural development or related field.
Salary:
- Project Associate: ₹ 4.80 lakh to ₹ 6.18 lakhs per year.
- Project Scientist: ₹ 4.80 lakh to ₹ 5.83 lakhs per year.
- Assistant Project Scientist (Seed/Agronomy/PH): ₹ 3.6 lakh to ₹ 4.37 lakhs per year.
