Eligibility Criteria for Manager, Project Assistant and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
State Project Manager-Skills & Livelihoods: 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management or Administration/ MBA/Masters with 5 years experience.
Finance & Accounts Officer: Post Graduate in Commerce /M.Com./MBA in Finance/Chartered Accountancy with 5 years experience.
Project Assistant-Finance & Accounts: Post Graduate in Commerce or M.Com. with specialization in Accountancy and/or Finance /MBA in Finance /Chartered Accountancy with 2 year experience.
Project Executive-Skills & Livelihoods: Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce/ BBA in Marketing and/or HR with minimum 3 years experience or PGDBA/PGDBM/MBA in Marketing and /or HR with minimum 1 year experience.
Manager (Social Development & Infrastructure): 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work with minimum 3 years experience.
