BCPL Recruitment 2016 for 52 Senior Engineer & Other Posts

Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) invited candidates for the Executive posts in various departments. The candidates eligible for the post can apply online through BPCL website by 25 July 2016.

Under BPCL Recruitment 2016, out of total 52 posts, 01 post is allotted to Senior Manager (Environment), 01 post is allotted to Senior Manager (HR), 03 posts are allotted to Manager (Chemical), 01 post is allotted to Manager (Electrical), 01 post is allotted to Manager (F&A), 01 post is allotted to Manager (Law), 01 post is allotted to Manager (Mechanical), 02 posts are allotted to Deputy Manager (Chemical), 02 posts are allotted to Deputy Manager (HR), 01 post is allotted to Deputy Manager (Telecom), 14 posts are allotted to Senior Engineer (Chemical), 05 posts are allotted to Senior Engineer (Electrical),  05 posts are allotted to Senior Engineer (Instrumentation), 01 post is allotted to Senior Engineer (Mechanical), 03 posts are allotted to Senior Officer (Contract & Procurement), 03 posts are allotted to Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts), 02 posts are allotted to Senior Officer (Fire & Safety) and 05 posts are allotted to Senior Officer (Laboratory).

Eligibility for Senior Manager (Environment) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering* with minimum 55% marks with 12 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Senior Manager (HR) -  Candidates must have Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA** / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks with 12 years of Post Qualification executive experience (including experience as ET /MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Manager (Chemical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks with 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Manager (Electrical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 55% marks with 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Manager (F&A) – Candidates must have CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks with 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Manager (Law) – Candidates must have Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 55% marks. Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in Public Sector / Large Private Sector Companies or as an Advocate in a reputed Law Firm in handling litigations before Arbitration Tribunals, Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Manager (Mechanical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 55% marks with 08 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Chemical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks with 04 years of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ET/MT) in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.

Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Chemical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 60% marks with 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Electrical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks with 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Instrumentation) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks with 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET / ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Engineer (Mechanical) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Mechanical / Production / Production & Industrial / Manufacturing / Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 60% marks with 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Officer (Contract & Procurement) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having 02 years MBA** with specialization in Material Management with 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts) – Candidates must have CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks with 01 year of Post qualification Executive experience (including experience as ET/MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Officer (Fire & Safety) – Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central / Regional Labour Institute recognized by Govt. 01 year of Post qualification executive experience (including experience as GET/ ET / MT) in line.

Eligibility for Senior Officer (Laboratory) – Candidates must have Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks with 04 years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower pay scale or next lower equivalent pay scale.
