BEML Managerial Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

• CGM /GM (Company Secretary) - Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with a membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India.
• GM/ DGM (HR) - Graduate with First Class Two years full-time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work) with HR/IR/Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 years fulltime Course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University.
• DGM (Finance) - Full time (three year) Graduate with CA/CMA.
• DGM (Defence Business Development) Tank/ ARV Specialist - Four years First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Production from a recognized University/Institution.
• DGM (Defence Business Development) - Four years First Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Production from a recognized University/Institution.
• DGM (Administration) - Graduate with First Class Two years full-time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work) with HR/IR/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University.

Age Limit for Managerial Posts

• CGM /GM (Company Secretary) - 51/48 years
• GM/ DGM (HR) - 48/45 years
• DGM (Finance, Defence Business Development, Administration) - 45 years
